About the course

This program takes a different approach: Clean Language, a communication method rooted in non-directive questioning and curiosity, that helps you deliver feedback that is honest, respectful, and genuinely heard.

"And what would you like to have happen?"
The question that turns every feedback conversation into a growth conversation.
- Replace judgment-laden language ("you always...") with observation and curiosity
- Stay calm and redirect toward growth when someone reacts defensively
- Practice live — once with a peer, once with AI — then keep sharpening daily afterward

What you'll walk away with:

A single two-hour, live online session — for team leaders, supervisors, and managers at any level. No prior training required.

Part 1 — Why Feedback Fails (40 min): the psychology behind defensive reactions, and how Clean Language changes the dynamic.

Part 2 — The Core Questions (40 min): the 5 Clean Language questions that turn evaluation into genuine dialogue.

Part 3 — Real Practice (40 min): role-play live with a peer, then role-play with an AI partner — handle real defensiveness, and leave with a personal follow-up plan.

After the workshop, you'll have the option to keep practicing — once a day with your AI role-play partner — to fully solidify the skill.

What's included: a pre-course Clean Language overview, the live 2-hour session, activity worksheets, a Clean Language quick-reference card, a post-session reflection journal, and a Certificate of Completion.

Practice-based

Practice live — once with a peer, once with an AI role-play partner — to get real-time feedback on your feedback skills. After the workshop, keep sharpening the skill with daily AI practice."

For every manager

Ideal for first-time managers building confidence, experienced managers refreshing their approach, and HR business partners who coach others.

Business impact

Organizations that invest in feedback training see stronger trust, better 1-on-1s, better performance and less turnover linked to poor feedback culture.
