About the course

Most leadership training solves for problems that already have a known answer. But the challenges you're actually facing, a team that resists change, a strategy that keeps stalling, a conflict no policy can fix, rarely work that way.

Framing & Purpose is the second mobilization skill in the Adaptive Advantage series: learning to articulate a north star that cuts through corporate noise and gives your team a collective reason to brave the discomfort of growth.

This module includes lifetime access to the course content, plus 6 weeks of access to the AI Role-Play Practice Coach (text and voice-based) and the Adapt Daily practice companion, so you can put the skill into practice on a real situation.
