About the course

Most leadership training solves for problems that already have a known answer. But the challenges you're actually facing, a team that resists change, a strategy that keeps stalling, a conflict no policy can fix, rarely work that way.

This self-paced program is built on the practice of Adaptive Leadership: learning to get on the balcony to see the real pattern beneath the presenting problem, distinguishing technical fixes from adaptive work, and building the capacity to mobilize people through loss, uncertainty, and resistance rather than around it.

AI Video Role Play access is 5 months from the learner's start date; AI Text and Voice Role Play is 1 year. "Adapt Daily APP" is 1 year. Learners can also join one free live Q&A session every month to bring a real challenge for discussion and apply what they've learned.

Diagnose and Observe

Modules 1-3 build the skills of Systems Thinking, Keen Observation, and Emotional Literacy, the diagnostic core of adaptive leadership, grounded in real practice exercises, not lecture.

Mobilize and Communicate

Modules 4-6 build Active Listening, Framing and Purpose, and Powerful Questioning, the skills that turn a diagnosis into aligned, willing action across a team.

Intervene and Self-Manage

Modules 7-9 build Conflict Facilitation, Self-Regulation, and Political Savvy and Coalition Building, holding steady and building support while doing the hardest part of the work.
